Exciting time in Kindergarten!
We have begun our sounds unit(s), where all of our hard work with letter names will start to pay off. We will start off by learning individual letter sounds as well as associating the letter sound with the letter names. So far, students have been introduced to the letter sounds S, M, D, P, A, H, and T. Have you child listen for letter sounds at the beginning and end of words. If you would like some ideas for letter sound fun, please let me know!
